Woodbridge Names Shauna Hatch as Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Health, Safety & Environment

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Canada & TROY, Mich., Jan. 26, 2023 – Woodbridge today announced that Shauna Hatch has been appointed to Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Health, Safety & Environment.

In this position, Hatch is responsible and accountable for all human resource and health, safety & environment (HS&E) strategies in support of Woodbridge’s global business objectives. Specifically, her position oversees teammate relations and engagement, HS&E, compensation and benefits, training and development, talent management and total rewards, and diversity & inclusion. Additionally, Hatch is a member of the company's Executive Leadership Team.

Hatch most recently served as Vice President Human Resources, Global Lead for Plasman. Prior to that, she was Director, Human Resources, Employee Operations at Vistaprint, and earlier in her career, held various roles of increasing responsibly in human resources. Hatch earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Windsor; and Advanced Program Human Resources certification from the University of Toronto.
