Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Manager to join our team at our Brantford facility. As a member of the Plant Leadership Team, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for employee relations, recruitment, orientation, WSIB/disability claims management, training and benefits administration. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is highly focused on employee relations, communication and team building. This is a pivotal role as it involves working with all levels of the organization as well as front line staff at our facility.

• University degree or completion of a College Diploma Program in Human Resources
• CHRL designation required
• Minimum 3-5 years leadership experience in a Human Resources role

  • Payroll experience an asset
    • Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced environment
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
    • Proven ability providing change management and performance management guidance
    • Demonstrated experience applying employment standards and labour legislation
  •  Previous experience in manufacturing environments, automotive experience an asset
